  • At Bata India Ltd. Project & Planning (2020-2021) – Championed the Migration and upgrading of CMS to Salesforce Commerce cloud & also to automate Marketplace cataloging through Vinculum hence launching a brand-new system that is powerful and has all-new age technology, by defining, integrating & evaluating User experience, design, content, images, product attributes flow to the new system ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform.
  • Marketplace Catalogue Activation 2019 - Handled the responsibility of launching the Bata products on marketplace brands such as Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, and Tata Cliq within a stringent timeline of 45 days. Oversaw & executed Photoshoots Pan India, Created Content, Listed Articles, and Mapped inventory on different Marketplaces. This resulted in the exposure of around 2.5K Articles Across marketplaces Which Now is around 5K articles and has substantial sales.
  • Bata.in Revamp - Initiated and managed the launch of Bata's E-Commerce platform www.bata.in. Handled the wireframe and core design team, website was redesigned and re-engineered from scratch to ensure the smoothest and most up-to-date user experience and stakeholder management.
  • At Network 18 India Pvt. Ltd. - Proactively assist in the introduction of Still Photography in Homeshop-18 TV's Av which resulted in boosting productivity to three times – the time that it took to make one video-based AV, three still-based ones could be made because the process was shorter, easier, and more dependable.
