• Evaluate and verify applications – determining whether or not the borrower will be able to repay the loan
• Verify income and employment information, review credit history, and calculate the value of the borrower’s collateral and assets
• Evaluated debt to ratios, loan to value ratios, the credit score (FICO), property valuation, and other factors.

· Educate the customers regarding the knowledge of SBI credit card through the mail or vie the call.

· Clarify Customer (SBI card Holder) requirement and the confirm understanding of the requirements or problem.

· Assist customer to resolve their queries, appropriately raise service request and drive customer satisfaction.
