- Handling day to day crude oil plant operations by working as shift incharge and controlling and safely releasing permits for work inside plant. This includes managing manpower of around 100 people involved in Control room and field operation.
- Optimising production by identifying bottlenecks and sustaining production, ensuring regular PM CFT of equipments.
- Ensure smooth commissioning of new projects and hookups of new equipments in existing plant system.
- Identify process change requirement and raise MOC/TSR for the same post discussion with involved departments.
- Operating artificial lift wells like PCP, ESP, Jet pumps.
- Operating large Enhanced oil recovery method i.e. Polymer injection to sustain and increase crude oil production.
- SOP preparation and regular updation in SOP’s as per plant operation.
- Managing field and documents as per compliances with facing regular external audits for checks.
- Daily DPR preparation and JV report preparation.
- Act as forward controller in case of plant emergencies like gas leaks etc.
- Troubleshooting crude oil underground pipeline leakages by identification, coordinating with civil team for excavation, exposing pipeline and attend leak online with stopkits. This is possible with the help of continuous evacuation by vacuum tankers in online condition.
