Performing Cat Modelling analysis for multiple clients using RMS(one),Risk Link, HD Analyzer, Risk Browser and providing them loss result, exposure Stratifications reports, Vector data Maps of losses and loss cost which includes Ground up, Gross, Return Period, Exceedance Probability etc.

Managing workflow and ensure that deliverable are completed timely.Reviewing of work (accounts) done by analysts. Communicate with onshore team and client in case of any queries.Conducting sessions for team to cascade the new updates

Undertake the processing of various pre and post binding risk Modelling task via usage of RMS CAT Modelling application with adherence to the set accuracy, efficiency and productivity goals. Training and mentoring the new hired resources, solving their day to day work related queries and other facilities related issue. Communicating with underwriters in case any ambiguity in policy condition and exposure. Quality Audit and Peers Review in order to delivered quality work. Taking sign off from Underwriter for higher rate change account and documenting the same. Creation of training documents like complex limit & deductible treatment (policy special condition), Modelling overview form etc

Handling customer queries/Complaint like fund value, surrender request, maturity claim, switching and re­direction, policy details etc. Responsible for changes in policy owner services like name change, D.O.B change, or contract change, Nominee change, etc. Coordination with different departments like Collection, Finance, it and underwriting for optimizing the TAT. Work allocation and work flow management.
