  • 2013 - Developed demand vs supply shortage tracking solution to get materials on time at Motorola CFC. MRP systems were not functional for a few weeks.
  • 2014 - Developed BPA tracker through google sheets integration with BigQuery. SKU Demand from BigQuery & BPAs in Oracle were tallied to get a list of SG SKUs with demand but no BPA. Helped to ready up Oracle system to issue FG POs to EMS.

  • 2017 - OTD Dashboard. Addition to an already good set of Power BI dashboards.
  • 2019 - Channel Partner Stock. Program Managed the creation of this utility to collect CommScope stock at the channel partner sites to better plan the demand. Technologies used - .NET & Oracle for database.
  • 2021 - COE Quality Tool. Program Managed the creation of this utility to generate the roster of daily deliverables at the COE. The tool can show today's deliverables to all the agents. Once a report gets completed it can be sent for quality check to the other team members. On a successful quality check, the report gets posted automatically to the desired sharepoint location. Technologies used - .NET & SQL server for database.
