• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for partner needs and drive experience-enhancing initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis by identifying Seller contact patterns and performance trends, working directly with SP leadership and operations teams
• Lead prioritization of operational issues and educate Sellers on strategies to mitigate common challenges
• Implement performance optimization strategies for partners, including regular check-ins, business reviews, and educational webinars
• Capture and share success stories and innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
• Identify and propose internal enhancements to SOPs, Associate Tools, and Help Pages
• Provide high-level support to Sellers, educating them on best practices to promote self-sufficiency
• Successfully reduce contact volume within Premium Seller accounts through strategic interventions and education
