Additionally, the application offers a wide range of services, including reporting, billing, bill payments, user group management, mobile plans, device trading, and upgrades. The portal's eCommerce division enhances the customer experience by providing seamless online shopping capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation and Maintenance:
  Developed new automation scripts using Java, Selenium, and the Tapsium Framework.
  Maintained existing automation scripts to ensure compatibility with application updates.
  Designed and executed End-to-End (E2E) automation scripts for comprehensive test coverage.
• Regression Testing:
  Conducted weekly regression testing comprising:
  Three iterations in the QA environment.
  One iteration in the production environment.
  Performed failure analysis for automation scripts executed during regression cycles.
• Health Checks and Defect Retesting:
  Performed daily health checks of the application in the production environment to ensure system stability.
  Retested defects raised during testing cycles to validate fixes.
