• Key Responsibilities & Contributions:

Design and Configuration:

• Collaborated with functional and technical teams to design, configure, and customize D365 CE solutions tailored to Sales and Field Service modules.
• Ensured optimal alignment of system capabilities with business requirements.

Business Process Mapping:

• Mapped and aligned core business processes with D365 CE workflows using BPM tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identified improvement areas to streamline processes across multiple regions.

Testing & Validation:

• Authored and executed detailed test cases for functional and integration testing.

UAT and Deployment Support:

• Delivered remote and on-site support for overseas business units during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Being a Senior Associate, as a part of the billing process in supply chain management and procurement process. Invoice creation is done through SAP transactions like VF31, VF03, etc. and Inbound, outbound creation through VF31N, VF32N is done on a day-to-day process.
• As a part of Logistics and good movement process - Shipments through AIR and SEA is been tracked on daily basis to ensure that there is no delay in goods movement physically as well as systematically.
• Shipment document validation is carried out for customs clearance with 100% accuracy before the info gets into the system.

• Worked in MS Dynamics Navision for software license management and order management process.
• Worked sales, purchase, and contract creation modules of Dynamics Navision.
• Working as the first point of contact in supporting the APAC region order entry process and managing a small team of 5 members.
• Responsible for distributing the Order requests to the team, through the service now tool.
• Responsible to convert customer PO into a sales order, convert the sales order into vendor PO, place the vendor PO with a vendor, through regular follow up getting the License delivery from the vendor, booking the license in the system, and working for creating contracts.
• Responsible to purchase licenses from famous publishers like ADOBE, THINK CELL, ATLASSIAN, and a few more list of online vendors.
• Responsible to pick customer orders from Ariba portal, CIMB bank, DBS Singapore, and posting the invoices.
• Having good knowledge in License models like, Microsoft volume licensing, Adobe VIP, TLP, CLP, Enterprise agreement, etc.
• Worked on UAT testing for service now tool Automation.
