As a Crop Development Manager:

• As an autonomous crop (Vinukonda Burley) which is being governed by ITC start from seed to sell, I involved in all the Crop Developmental Activities during the crop growing phase and also involved in Marketing as a Buyer during the Buying season.
• Conducted Farmer, Worker training programs on Tobacco Sustainable Tobacco Production and in achieving the best tobacco by preserving its integrity.
• Well versed in management of growing tobacco as per the guidelines and requirement of company as well as customers.
• Strong in conducting new varietal trials and have a broad path in introducing of new varieties to the crop growing region.
• Managed Guntur and Prakasam region farmers in growing tobacco with supervising and having assistance from Field Technicians, Supervisors. In order to improve Field Technician knowledge understanding capabilities, we have conducted regular trainings and evaluations.
• Involved in providing proper Grade out turns, yield estimations, Cost of Productions, other tobacco crop related surveys in alignment with the customer requirements.
• Preparation of Buying Schedules during the start of marketing season and allotting it to farmers via Field Technicians thus ensuring that the tobacco bales are sent for marketing without any hindrances in buying schedule.

As a Buyer:

• Involved in procuring Guntur and Prakasam Burley tobaccos by following company norms as well as satisfying the farmer requirement and ultimately protecting the integrity of tobacco as per the requirement of Customer.
• Involved in Classification of tobacco after buying and assisted Customers in their regular procurement of tobacco as per their grade standards.
• Involved in buying coordination for the whole tobacco growing region by allotting the bales to different buying stations and future buying plan without any deviation in plan for a smooth buying season.

• Involved as a Product Officer (Leaf) at Anaparthy Factory (AGLT) as well as at Chirala Factory (CGLT).
• Connectivity of tobacco leaf from Aggregating godowns to Green leaf threshing factories based on weekly threshing plan.
• Packing of tobacco in various grades to different customers from various growing regions.
• Involved in threshing, re-drying and packing of different crop types like NLS, Mysore, Traditional, Vinukonda Burley and Yeleswaram Burley.
• Monitored packing's from Leaf side for various customers like PMI, BAT, KT&G, SNPL and ITD and grades with more than 85% PCQI.
• Monitored 10% of packed cases inspection on daily basis for customer inspections.
• Consolidated weekly packing and chemistry reports for customers.
• Involved in RDS case inspections and ensured the cases are free from damages.
