The Cluster Business Manager - RFR and Trade is responsible for driving business through set of Branches for retail forex and remittances product. They are also responsible for find opportunities of new business from within and outside the Bank and for the per $ profitability of the business. The Cluster Head is also responsible for building and handling Key Relationships with Internal (Bank Branches, Product, Sales, Operations, Credit & Risk, Branch RM / SME Team/ TxB Team).

• Customer service to ensure walk-in customers issues

• Handling Trade Desk (Taking care of all the Trade Products like Inward Remittances, Outward Remittances, forward Booking, Buyer's credit, Exports Bills Collection, Letter of Credit (LC), and Bank Guarantees (BG) to corporate customers
• Ensuring high-quality customer service in the branch
• Discussed and analyzed needs and requirements with customers for financial products and service.

• Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts, and check the accuracy of deposit slips
• Enter customers' transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts
