( Foundry & outsource process), Foundry materials follow up., Cost estimation and BOM preparation for New Products and development products., Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates., Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team., Attending and scheduling meetings as required., Maintain all inward & outward records & maintain of 5s., Following the purchase for materials as per plan., Co-ordinate with Design for the New Products., Development patterns follow up and maintaining the history of patterns., Handling the raw material stores and Maintaining necessary Documents for planning, Monitoring and tracking project progress, and preparing up reports.
• PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, Supervising and monitoring the daily production activities as per the schedule to achieve production target., Manpower allotment in shift., Ensure all in process checks are carried as per process guidelines., Managing operator and guide operator for daily routine activities, Ensuring the availability of consumables and raising the requisition & monitoring the Stocks in the department., To check the Workers job card daily basis as per the given target., Ensure the safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintenance., To make and maintain production report and progress., To Root cause and solve the reworks and Quality issue in assembly., Organize the workflow by assigning responsibilities.
