Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintaining Machine Documents like CAPA, History Card, MTTR, MTBF.
• Identify the avenues of reducing downtime or breakdown and have quick productivity back
• Plan all maintenance activities of Key machine Helium leak testing machine, NOCOLOK flux aluminum brazing furnace , fin forming machine & Core builder machine etc.
• Plan all maintenance activities including analysis equipment needs, reliability issues, machine calibration etc. to ensure machine efficiency and availability.
• Develop and plan Preventative, Predictive and Overhauling maintenance schedule of Machines, on weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis and ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out.
• Maintaining and implementing ISO/TS 16949 & ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 in the department
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Improvement in Energy Consumption reduction.
• Developed strong working relationships with staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Plan all maintenance activities of utility plants - Refrigeration, DG SETS, Compressor's & Air Dryer, ETP.

Spare Management

• Identify list of spares and implement proper spares.
• Maintain spear part management with a list of critical spear and its specification.

Cost Control

• Implementation of in-house projects for reliability improvement, cost saving, energy saving etc without cost and time over run.
• Implementation of LCA (Low cost automation)
• Vendor development

Automation

• experience in Plant Automation, Modification/ Upgradation of Machine outdated machines, Industrial 4.0 implementation for Data Traceability of Manufacturing machine/ Line.
• Hands On experience on all the PLCs (Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, Siemens) / SCADA programming, changes / updation, new developments, Servo drives, VFD drives, PID controls etc.

PROJECTS HANDLED

• Hydraulic machine upgrade into Electric servo press.
• Vision Sensor implement on core builder machine to capture the wrong tube.
• Data Traceability System implement on the manufacturing line.
• SCADA System Implement on Compressor assembly line
• Label designed & developed and bar code interlocking with the machine.
• VFD implementations on furnaces panel to cost saving project.
• · In-house replacement of relay logic based control panels with PLC. based control panels.

• Reviewed technical documentation to complete equipment maintenance and repair.
• Visually inspected and tested machinery and equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance.
• Responsibility for break down handling and analysis of Injection molding machines.
• · Maintenance of CNC machine (Pipe bending, Brazing Furnace and HVAC testing.
• Preparation & Presentation of DMR (Daily maintenance report) and WMR (Weekly maintenance report).
• Performed troubleshooting and repair for complex electrical equipment.

• · Robotic Camera vision system ( Fanuc robot m6ib ) upgradation to HVAC unit Testing
• New Reaction force Machine development to test the reaction force of compressor hub.
• New Vibration test machine developed to test the vibration of Blower motor of HVAC unit.
• Vision Poke Yoke implementation to inspect the O rings of the tube pipe.
