Drive the sourcing of group business from IDFC Loan Centres across the Northern Region
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance FG penetration across all Lines of Business
Regularly assess team performance and provide constructive feedback
Set clear goals and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and track progress toward achieving targets
Provide hands-on coaching and support to team members, addressing challenges and facilitating skill development
Offer guidance on best practices for cross selling and upselling complementary products
Design and implement motivational programs and recognition initiatives to celebrate team achievements, such as rewards for top performers in FG premiums and penetration
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders’ at all organizational levels, including senior management, to drive collaboration and enhance business opportunities
Oversee the claims process within the designated geographical area, assisting team members in preparation and adjustments to ensure timely and satisfactory claim settlements
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to provide regular training sessions on FG products, ensuring that the sales team is well equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
Maintain oversight of business MIS and analytics to monitor growth trends and performance metrics, providing insights to the team for continuous improvement.
