• My role is to work closely with the Head of the IT department and other departments, and fulfill the procurement-related requests for the Americas, APAC, Brazil, and Pan India.
• Category management and cost optimization.
• Owns responsibility for all IT procurement operations as a key resource to handle customers, contract renewal maintenance, P2P process, etc.
• Working with the IT Director for the CAPEX and OPEX budget.
• Monthly reports on the budgeted and actual spending.

• Evaluate the vendor's quotation to ensure that it is in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project, and prepare a cost analysis.
• Prepare the delivery report, and expedite the orders within the delivery timeline.
• Monitor and conduct periodic performance reviews of various suppliers, costs, responses, quality, etc.
• Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Assist in the ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors, and work closely with the legal department to ensure the contract.
