• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements for investment funds in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage accounting and reporting for master–feeder fund structures, including capital activity, allocations, and NAV calculations.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
• Handle intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments across multiple entities.
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and disclosures for investor and regulatory reporting.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee accounting functions including daily NAV calculation, wallet transaction check, trade preparation and journal entries.

• Prepared management fees, waterfall and GP/LP allocation.
• Led fund creation, investor onboarding, capital calls/distributions, and asset-based fee setups.
