• Ensuring distribution of right stock of products in the Personal Wash Category from the factories to 28 depots across India.
• Cross functional coordination with Supply Team, Ultra Logistics, Factories and Depots to ensure right service levels across the country.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS:

• Cross-functional coordination and interactions with teams from multiple warehouses.
• Monitoring team KPI’s and warehouse numbers using SAP EWM and Excel AFO.
• On-time loadings and dispatch planning for 45 stores in India and exports to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and inter-warehouse between North, West and South. Implemented brand wise segregation for deliveries increasing delivery efficiency.
• Stock management of boxes in staging area. Introduced a barcode scanning process to avoid box mismatches.
• Identified and implemented new plan to optimize the space utilization of store staging areas resulting in better productivity.

TEAM-HUMAN MANAGEMENT

• Responsible for the performance, mentoring and growth of 18 team members. Trained & developed team members to take up more responsibilities. Achieved 100% happy team rating in the survey.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT & BILLING

• Worked with multiple transport vendors, managing their performances(QMR’s) and billing. Prepared yearly and monthly budgets and piloted figures for the transport cost - P&L.
• Saved over 1Cr. for the company (2020) by negotiating on ad-hoc & yearly contracts. Saved over 30 Lakh for the company during the lockdown negotiations with vendors (2021).

LOGISTICS ZONE MANAGER

• Managing the complete logistics delivery plan for 4 Decathlon stores (ROKA ZONE). Coordinating with stores for an effective service through nominated POCs from the team. Ensured that this zone gave highest user ratings.

• Monitor for a team of 25. Activity planning and rostering according to quantities in system. Started daily and weekly reporting on team activities.

• Point of Contact for 2 Decathlon stores. Improved user satisfaction rating from 7/10 to 9/10.
• The team was awarded as the best team (2019).
• Trained a team member to be the replacement monitor in a span of 3 months.
