Participation in the Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), calculating and accounting of Goodwill/ Capital Reserve and other intangible assets etc. under this process.
Preparation of the Standalone Financials of the company along with all the disclosure requirements under IND As in this merger scenario.
Calculation of Income Tax & Deferred Tax under merger scenario.
Finalization of financials from Statutory Audit for both March(year end audit) & September (limited review) reporting period.
Key member of the central coordination team for entire Statutory Audit of the group handing four Audit firms ( including two Big4's).
Preparation / Finalizing the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's), Accounting Policies, Risk Control Matrix(RCM's) for the entire group.
