  • Consolidation of financials for the group (16 entities) on a monthly basis and reporting to the Private Equity
  • Handling the reporting deck and addressing the queries of PE from a financial perspective
  • Responsible for smooth closure of Audit for the Group under US GAAP, along with closing the audits at local country level vis a vis, India, Singapore, UK
  • Managing a team of 7 for the corporate reporting both internal and external with qualified and semi-qualified Chartered Accountants
  • From last year started handling taxation for the group India, US, UK
  • This includes finalising the Tax memo for the respective jurisdictions with the Auditors for India and UK
  • For US entities finalising the Tax provision with the auditors with the help of tax preparers
