- Checking the Erection status of Rotating, static and piping Equipment's, then planning and preparing to start pre- commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Subcontractor for the safe execution of Pre -Commissioning / commissioning activities in line with the schedule.
- Ability to lead the team.
- Making plans and specific method statements including markup P&ID for activities.
- Conducting walkdown for pre commissioning activities.
- Raising RFI for inspection and conducting pre commissioning Test.
- Taking all types of work permits.
- Boroscopic inspection for pipelines & equipment.
- Supervise and submit the day-to-day site operations to Department Manager.
- UTILITY SYSTEM COMMISSIONING - ACTIVITIES: Steam Blowing (HP Steam, MP Steam & LP Steam lines), Water Flushing (Cooling Water & MP Feed water lines), Air Purging (Plant Air, Instrument Air, Breathing Air), Instrument Air Dryer Commissioning, N2 (Nitrogen) Header Purging & Header Service.
- PRE-COMMISSIONING ACTIVITIES: Performing GALT (Gross Air Leak Test) for all the Process & Utility lines, Cooling Water System - Flushing, Cooling Water System - Passivation, Hydro milling for Makeup Compressor Suction & Discharge Line, Hydro milling for Recycle Compressor Suction line & Discharge Line, VpCl Preservation for Recycle Compressor & Makeup Compressor, N2 Preservation of Other Pipelines, Air Cooler Fans - MRT, RFC (Ready for Commissioning) Clearance from Client.
