- Developing EAM enterprise system based Business intelligence dashboard for organization to achieve better visibility
- Identified spare parts and tool forecast needs for regions, implemented efficient scrap-to-reuse methodology, and achieved potential cost savings of Euro 3 million.
- Analyzed monthly KPI for downtime equipment's and recommend process improvement upgrades for Chronic and sporadic breakdown and collaborating with factory team to increase equipment efficiency
- Promote knowledge sharing, train new employees & contribute to team competency building
