- Crypto project (WAAS) , Falcon Fly , Prompt Engineering
- To take ownership of falcon fly from planning, organizing, staffing, and implementation to monitoring and controlling stage.
- Falcon fly is a facial attendance monitoring application for educational and corporate organizations. It has around 7 Lakhs users till date and we're expanding our reach to Gujarat, Tamilnadu, Telangana and UP governments.
- WAAS is wallet-as-a-service, which is being built for the digital rupee that has already been launched by RBI as a pilot project. We are the first in India to launch a Multiparty Computation Wallet ( MPC Wallet ) for the digital rupee. I'm leading the R & D which is ongoing for this project.
- Lead the team of R & D on creating a LLM for fintech. Worked on understanding and designing chat-bots using prompt engineering, the gathering of data, model training, model evaluation, model deployment, and maintaining knowledge base.
- Market Research, Product/project ideation, gathering information, freezing the scope, and preparing all required documents such as Scope, Product, Customized, Technical, User Manual/ Help, Release Notes, Tender document, etc.
- Designing the low-fidelity diagrams, explaining the same to UX/ UI designers and developers, and freezing the high-fidelity designs.
- Preparing and executing test plans for the testing team and performing user acceptance testing in the final project.
- Demonstrated excellent product knowledge and provided tailored product recommendations to customers, resulting in a 12% increase in sales
- Developed a road map that managed the product life cycle, resulting in a 8% increase in product sales and revenue

- Owned and drafted the business case and hypothesis for production while defining the Strategy, KPIs, and key outcomes for the product.
