Vatika is also building large scale commercial projects.
  • Involved in Planning, Coordinating and Monitoring with Architects, Design Management and MEP team with respect to execution.
  • Involved in Coordination with Land management and administration team in case of unforeseen hindrances occurs at site.
  • Updating of daily progress of site and monitoring of critical path in MSP.
  • Planning and Coordinating and conducting weekly progress review meeting with contractors for timely completion of the projects.

It includes three high-rises of 36 stories (Construction undergoing with S-FORM, Aluminum Shuttering) and nine mid-rise towers. (Duration: July 2014 to till date).
  • Vatika City Center, (Commercial) at 42 KM milestone, NH 8, Gurgaon. It's a commercial building having 1 MN Sqft. of space. Was responsible for structural works. Resolving issues regarding Design drawings with Design Management and consultants. (Duration Oct 2013 to June 2014)

  • Vipul Greens” at Sohna Road Gurgaon. Project was having 23 nos. 15 storied Tower under this 6 Towers is being managed by me.
