Mumbai expressway) in the state of Gujarat under NHDP Phase-VIon

Hybrid Annuity Mode. (Phase IA – PackageV).

• Maximized resource utilization with effective management of personnel, materials, and equipment for optimal project outcomes.
• Billing, Planning and Execution of Work includes BBS as per design & Drawing.

Project-6-Strengthening and Widening of AIIMS TO SALAWAS ROAD 4 lane to 6 lane with 2.50m c/c block paved shoulders KM 0/000 TO 4/500, widening from 2 lane to 4 lane road KM 4/500 TO 15/000.

• Daily/ weekly / monthly reports, PWD Client bills, sub-contractor bills, Planning of the project including Budgeting, execution of work includes QA/QC work as per design, drawing & quality assurance .
• Established strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.

Project-5- Construction of Six lane upgradable to Eight lane of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway including spur from Km 10+980 to Km28+500 in the state of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana (PKG-1).

• Maintained excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
• Preparing Client Bill, Contractor Bill, Budgeting, BBS, Reconciliation work, weekly / monthly progress reports etc.

Project-2-Construction of 4/6 lane Road Project in the state of Haryana NH-10 Section ROHTAK to HISSAR on BOT Mode.

Project-3- Construction of 4/6 lane Road Project in the state of Haryana NH-73 section YAMUNA-NAGAR to PANCHKULA on BOQ Mode.

Project-4- Extension of four-lane bypass starting from Behta Road and terminating at Sitapur road bypass chainage from km.

32.000/31.490 to 64.900/64.380 average length 32.895 in the state of UP on EPC Mode
