Led a 12-member database development team for Hybrid Cloud Management Platform (HCMP), acting as a Technical Lead and Manager

• Manage Database Development Team of 12 member for Hybrid Cloud Management Platform.
• Working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage,Snowflake. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based architectures, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Established Azure Devops pipeline for Database deployment and Version control through Liquibase.
• Using Talend as ETL for data ingestion and Oracle and Snowflake as Database.
• Create WBS Plan and LLD on basis of XD design and User stories
• Create Database structure and Develop logic for user stories of Cloud Products Provisioning, Organization onboarding, RBAC (Role Based Access Control) Module and Products Configuration for Azure, Google Cloud, JIO Cloud and Red Hat Open Sources .

BI Analytics is about manage service operations management of various RJIL telecom applications like CRM, Provisioning,, MIS, IUC and Roaming, IN –Prepaid and Business Intelligence. ITIL framework is practiced to ensure service management and continual service improvements. Delivery of Regulatory reports to TRAI, Business requirement analysis, Solution, Technical design, Application Development, Query Tuning and Optimization in Snowflake environment.

Responsibilities -

• Automation of BI operations, MOM, Daily Business Dashboard and Attendance in Next Gen Ops .
• Develop Application for Auto Detection of Aadhar Number verification using Verhoff Algorithm.
• Develop one touch application for Change Management, Incident Management and Backup in Next Gen Ops.
• Develop many DQ reports to RAFM & CSD team for corrective & proactive actions.
• Managed MDM and Telecom transactional data loading through Talend, SQL Loader in Snowflake and Oracle Database.
• Working closely with Operation and Development team for all Business and Central Government Agencies Requirements.

British Telecom Mobile Xpress customer migrate from BT Legacy stack to BT CSP stack. This migration is for to identify revenue leakages and improve customer satisfaction on (SP platform). In this process complete L2C journey, From order placing to Invoice generation and then deployed customer in to CSP platform.

Responsibilities - Manage BT stakeholder independently for customer migration and manage database team to migrate BT customer data from Existing stack to New stack through Oracle 10G and Informatica PC.

AT&T SQM Dashboard is an online reporting tool is divided into separate CBS module. It gives detailed view to IT analytics team on current and past trend of Application performances and their responses, jobs information for various products, call handing statistics by call center agents, order tracking, tickets status.

Responsibilities - Develop 3 way reconciliation reports to identify the gap between BT systems . Optimize the existing code and develop the reports logics on customer requirements. Using Oracle10G (SQL and PL/SQL).

Loading all dumps related to IDEA Cellular subscriber in SCPDB through ETL Data Stage and ODI, PL/SQL and SQL loader generating and providing various reports related with Revenues, CDR, Activation, De-Activation, GPRS, Feedback of customers, Incoming recharges request.

Responsibilities - Manage L2 operation for Idea BI Analytics. Monitor jobs and debugging failure.
