· Consulting to 1 billion USD Consumer Products client for end-to- end implementation of TOC project in Supply Chain.

§ Set up pulled based distribution system integrating 100+ Vendors with 480+ Distributors and 200,000+ Retail outlets across India leading to 23% reduction in system inventory.

§ Increase in availability of product from 60 to >95% in market.

§ Reduction of 46% in inventory days of stock at distributors leading to improved ROI.

§ Reduction of 60% in inventory days of stock at retailers releasing capital to improve reach and range of products and 21% growth in sales of client.

§ Client has received Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) Corporate Transportation Award at ASCM 2019 conference in USA. Client was awarded for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing an end-to-end supply chain transformation.

· Consulting to 1.3 billion USD Iconic Indian Motorcycle Manufacturer for end-to-end implementation of supply chain project in Spare Parts Distribution.

§ Implementing Enterprise Grade Proprietary Supply Chain Software Vector Flow for pull based ordering system leading to reduction in overall system inventory drastically and improving availability of spare parts at channel partner- Dealers, Distributors and Company run stores, leading to service level improvements. Implementation involves integrating client ERP (SAP) with Vector Flow software and triggering orders as per TOC logic.

§ Changing the Company’s Spare Part distribution from Push to Pull supply Chain System led to 22% reduction in inventory from baseline at Central Warehouse, 60% inventory reduction at distributors and 23% at dealers & Company stores.

§ Conducting buy-in session for Suppliers and Dealer/Distributors (1000+) for smooth implementation of solution.

· Consulting to 170 million USD company, incorporated in 1934 operating in Building Material solutions. Project involves strategy development and operations solution implementation in Plant and end-to-end supply chain transformation. Scope of project includes increase in sales, system inventory reduction, improving OTIF, lead time reduction and production capacity exploitation in plants.

§ Presenting high level strategy to CXOs for final go ahead and alignment on solution.

§ Defined strategic buffer stock for 500+ SKUs reducing plant Warehouse inventory by 17.5%

§ 6 plants and 32 depots across India will be covered in this project for operational excellence and supply chain transformation.

§ Conducting design session with client on customer specific requirement gathering for proprietary Supply Chain Software Vector Flow features development and implementation.

§ Develop concept notes and story grooming with Engineering team on product functionality development and testing in dev environment.

· New Product Introduction (NPI)

§ Achieved New Model Launch build plan Metrics (Vehicle Prototype, Tool Tryout build, Pre- Production, Mass production 1&2) as per Program Timeline.

§ Worked with international cross-functional teams across Germany, Brazil, USA and Australia to deliver Projects, which were important for achieving time-to-market target of product.

§ Led 4 Six Sigma Projects on vehicle quality improvement leading to total cost savings of approx. 0.37 million USD.

§ Led assembly workstation readiness project for 60+ assembly stations in Green Field site which includes evaluation of station safety, ergonomic issues, error proofing, Andon, Standardized work, tooling & Equipment and Material.

§ Instrumental role in capacity expansion project, leading to 20% improvement in production output.

§ Participated in prototype development of new models in Ford Plant, Cologne, Germany to: • Assess Special tool, power tools & Fixtures requirements for home assembly line under launch budget. • Create standard Operating Procedure for new car model and allocate assembly process as per output requirements.

· Quality Management

§ Led root cause analysis and implemented solutions for NVH issues for better customer experience, resulted in 16% improvement in metrics.

§ Analyzed issues with Cross functional team observed during JD power review, Ford Consumer Product Audit, Product Excellence Review, Voice of Customer Feedback (VOCF) leading to improvement in ranking in JD power initial Quality Survey.

· Operation Management

§ Monitored and improved quality and Delivery targets of Trim Line production by implementing G8D and DMAIC projects with Cross functional team resulting in 20% improvement in production output and total cost saving of approx. USD 53000 annually.

§ Led teams to run successful production operations and achieved manufacturing excellence in coordination with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal customers by driving continuous improvement projects and implementing Lean methodology.

§ Played Instrumental role in designing material movement flow on shop floor along with supply chain team for trim line.
