Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of QAP and ITP as per standards and client requirement /specification.
• Preparing WPS/PQR/WPQ and Witnessing the Procedure, Welder Qualifications.
• Witnessing NDT & DT on Materials as well in PQR.
• Coordinate with Project Consultant like Jacobs, TKIS and Clients for pre-inspection meetings and Stage inspection related activities.
• Coordinate with Design Team for Detail Engineering, Welding Processes and NDT testing.
• Witnessing In Process Stage Inspections (like Set-Up, Fit-Up, Dish ends and Tube bundles, Pneumatic Test, Expansion and Welding Process etc.) as per QAP/ITP.
• Witness Final Stage Inspections like hydro test, Final Dimensions Visual, Blasting and Painting.
• Offering Radiography Testing and Review of RT films of Welding.
• Managing line inspection with TPI & Client.
• Final review of all quality related documents and preparing dossiers for Client submission.
• Attending weekly planning meeting with project head & Technical director for timely and smooth execution of projects.
• Actively participating in yearly ISO & SAFTEY audit.
• Coordinating with Project Team & Dispatch Department after the product has been finished for further process.

• Responsibility to look over all production and fabrication related activity and manage line inspections during ASME “U” stamp audit.
