I am currently working on this dissertation to explore how social and economic inequalities in India—such as those based on caste, class, gender, and access to resources—impact the idea of meritocracy. Meritocracy means people succeed based on their skills and efforts, but in reality, not everyone starts from the same point.

This research aims to understand how privileged backgrounds often provide better opportunities, while many talented individuals from disadvantaged groups face barriers despite working hard. Through case studies, interviews, and data analysis, I'm examining how inequality limits fair competition and what steps can be taken to ensure more equal access to opportunities.

The work is still in progress and aims to contribute to the discussion on fairness, justice, and true merit in modern Indian society.

• Driver Drowsiness Detection System-Drivers often feel drowsy while driving for long distances without taking breaks. Drowsiness is a major factor in increasing the chances of a car being involved in an accident. According to various studies, the risk of drowsiness is far greater than the number of alcohol-related accidents. The number of accidents caused by drowsiness can be reduced by having a proper system that can detect drowsiness, alert the driver and prevent serious injury..
• Hospital Management System-This project was developed to make hospital work easier, faster, and more organized. In many hospitals, managing patient information, appointments, billing, and doctor schedules can become confusing and time-consuming, especially when everything is done on paper.
