RBCL is into civil construction, machine rental, infrastructure development and mining work. my role is to takecare day to day operations, project management, client management for company and i have successfully completed Delhi Metro, Bullet Train and NHAI road infrastructure projects. for factories we have completed INOX AP, SRF, Ralson Tyre, Meghmani Organics.

We are doing mining in Haryana and Rajasthan and supplying on rental our heavy machines for mining execution.

Ficode is UK based software development and consulting company and they want to establish software execution centre in India. my role is to registration the company in India, hire office in Gurgaon and Chandigarh, hire employees and setup system and process for projects execution.

During my five years tenure with Ficode i establish two execution centres (Gurgaon & Chandigarh) total staff strength 70+ highly skilled software developers. Organize staff training, development within India and in UK at client site.

ARB Engineers is into Telecom Field Operations and other field support activities. I was heading operations which includes customer relations, field execution, project management activity with 100+ site supervisors, executives. my clients were Leading telecom service providers (like RJIO, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone etc.) Telecom OEM's (Like Huawei, ZTE, Samsung etc.) and services for banking ATM sites through Wipro Ltd.

1. Site Engineer DEC-2000 to JAN-2002 I worked as site engineer and Delhi Stock Exchange was my client, my primarily responsibility is to maintain the 400+ brokers network with minimum downtime.

2. Filed Support Engineer FEB-2002 to DEC-2005 During field engineer profile my responsibility is to manage client wireless network for Banking, Warehousing, IT&IES, World Bank, WHO etc. clients for North India.

3. Project Manager JAN-2006 to DEC-2008 As project manager i take care central government (through NIC) offices connectivity. my role was pre sale, site execution, billing and collection. for Delhi and North East India states.

4. Head Carrier (Telecom) Relations JAN 2009 to DEC 2013 For Tulip Telecom MPLS network i was managing all the network bandwidth, Tower Infrastructure, Data centre, Fiber procurement by taking techno-commercials decisions. Setup global MPLS network and take data centre space, setup LIM for internet bandwidth gateway to serve our clients.
