Roles & Responsibilities:

• Worked in multiple processes - Tax Processing, Title Search, Closing USA Funding Disbursement, Closing USA Reverse Mortgage, and Initial Alta SS (Preparing Closing Disclosure).
• Achieving target to reach my production as an individual to reach team's productivity.
• Extended shift hours when there was a client requirement and worked on Saturday and Sunday based on clients' requirement.
• Successfully completed all tasks/goals assigned by management.
• Sharing new updates to the team, which are received from the client.
• Assigning pipeline to team.
• Consolidating and publishing reports to the team on a daily basis. Implemented the clarification tracker and Process checklist to reduce internal errors.
