Real Time time monitoring systems

RMS was built for a manufacturing company that builds glass products for Specialty Liquor, Beauty Pharmaceutical and food distribution sector.
The main usecase of this application was to manage the stock and its details using RMS that is scanned by a physical device or a scanner.
The Application provides a user interface to track all the activities with respect to the daily production, bottles parameters such as its moisture, cracks etc, to track the product matches the industry standards as well as the verification parameter document provided to us by the company.
It provides a beautiful user interface panel to show daily, monthly and yearly stats to visualize.

My Role:

• Tested hardware and software within tightly controlled sandbox environment prior to release to production.
• Established functional and technical specifications and standards.
• Managed time and test system resources to meet quality objectives and cost estimates.
• Generated test cases in Postman application ( basic ones)
• Perform OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) testing that includes Availability, performance and Quality.
• Load testing when numerous IOT devices scanning is performed.

School Management System

School management system is a platform to automate general as well as organization wide central management system.
It eases out the way our database ( paper/hardcopy's ) are maintained and managed. It also acts a great visual application as a Webapp where the head/principal can easily organize events or timelines.

There are four basic hierarchical system implemented with role based authentication Admin (application admin), Students, Parents and Faculty: includes all the faculty members including class teachers, account/finance ( school admin department ), librarians and helpers.
The Web Application also includes a notice board that can be circulated school wide and also class wise based on type of announcements posted i;e any cultural events, sports events and general announcements.
Class wise timetable feature that is widely used to circulate general as well as Board/Public time table announcements.
To make it more interactive there were few features yet to be developed but in discussion are Online classes, class wise groups to chat or discuss and Admission process.

My Role:

• Pursued professional development opportunities to learn new testing tools and test strategies.
• Executed test scripts, logged defects and worked to resolve issues noted in testing process.
• Operated under Agile and Scrum frameworks to complete releases and well-organized sprints.
• Collaborated with developers and product owners to stay current on product features and intended functionality.
• Worked extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
• Collaborated with Development team for testing and release management to achieve high-quality experience.
