• Responsible for expense and headcount forecasting for the Consumer Fulfillment division within Home Lending, ensuring accurate financial projections and resource planning.

Consumer & Community Banking Indirect Expense Team:

• Managed all budget-related activities, including updating allocation metrics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess changes in business requirements.
• Prepared and submitted the annual Foreign Exchange hedging cost base for CCB, ensuring compliance with firm wide guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Reconciled Quarterly and Annual Appendix-10 reports prepared by CCB Controllers, aligning cost allocations in SAPCO and addressing any discrepancies.
• Oversaw the Cost Center maintenance process for CCB corporate centers in SDM, ensuring accuracy in cost allocation and financial reporting.
• Led projects related to Local Cost Center Cleanup and supported multiple Legal Entity migrations/mergers, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate financial documentation.
• Participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, validating process improvements and ensuring smooth implementation.
• Trained and mentored new team members, providing process training and ongoing support to ensure high performance and consistency.
