• management of power ensuring two sources, ensuring all fire suppression & detection systems healthiness and operational such as Fire suppression system(Novac), WLD & VESDA system etc
• Team management: Managing 30+ members M & E team for site
• Energy management system: Effective tracking of energy consumption on a daily basis, reviewing monthly consumption, tracking of significant energy use etc
• Operation and Maintenance
• Operation & maintenance of Air handling units [AHU], VRF units, PAC, Cassette AC, Split, package, Variable frequency drives (VFD) etc, VAV, Thermostat etc
• Compliance to all statutory requirements
• Maintenance of Hydro pneumatic systems Motors and pumps
• Arranging Materials for Regular PPM maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance
• Making an inventory of consumable spares, analyzing & reducing the spares consumption by Continuous improvement and developing excellent equipment operation and preventive maintenance procedures

• Training session for New Joiners
• Account receivables in Anesthesia specialization
• Eligibility Check of patient prior to the appointment date
• Submission and follow-up on closing claims
• Work on denial claims based on denial reason to get processed and paid.
• Practice management with help of automation used in Dental Revenue Cycle Management.
