Preparing Working Capital Loan documents (Fresh, Enhancement, Second Tranche, and Renewal) in alignment with bank policies.

Managing safe custody of sanctioned loan documents, including property papers, using the bank’s C-Doc application.

Verifying documents as per Sanction Letter, Credit Arrangement Letter, KYC norms, and RM questionnaire requirements.

Preparing Limit Setup Memo (LSM) for Working Capital cases such as Fresh, Enhancement, Renewal, Simplified, and Second Tranche
•
Preparing Disbursement Memo (DM) for Term Loan facilities in Finacle.
•
Completing NOI and CHG filings for disbursed cases.
•
Experience working in the Home Loan department, with knowledge of final disbursement processes for Home Loan Dockets and Insurance Dockets.

• Assigned the responsibilities of overseeing and directing insurance sales representatives like hiring and conducting sales training
• Supervise and manage a Financial Consultant; communicate job expectations and provide direction, support and motivation to sales team to meet agreed targets and KPI lines
• Responsible for ensuring that the insurance Financial Consultant maintains appropriate insurance licenses
• Enforce policies and procedures and ensure that my sales team achieves the customer service levels set by the organization, resulting in an annual increase of customer satisfaction by 5% per year
• Responsible for resolving problems; identifying and analysing trends; monitoring competitor activities and responding to customer needs
• Implement strategic sales programs through the leadership and development of a small sales team.
