I took a maternity break in April 2019 to raise and take care of my daughter. managed household finances and child. Business Analyst & Project Lead
• Analyze the existing systems IT applications and products within business systems and highlight key areas of improvements, create the business use and present to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners, business users & marketing teams to gather and understand new business requirements capture user stories
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements in collaboration with project teams
• Define scope, evaluate risks and prepare process flowcharts, document BRD and user stories
• Create Epics, Features & backlog items in Microsoft Azure Boards
• Project Sprint planning – Review product backlog items, prioritized & define sprint scope
• Participate in regular Scrum meetings
• Work with delivery teams to plan changes and provide support throughout delivery cycle
• Work with QA team to develop test scenarios and participate in UAT to evaluate deployed changes
• Facilitate approvals, sign offs during various phases of delivery
• Identify and evaluate different risks factors related to performance, availability, sustainability, information or policy breach and recommend solutions
• Ensure adherence to various rules and regulation, trade compliances & policies and work closely with Trade compliance team
• Provide regular status updates to key business stakeholders
• Single point of contact for stakeholders, business users, project managers and vendors
• Demonstrate ITIL best practices, Agile methodologies
• Ensure documentations like run books, user guides & technical documents are updated
• Work with geographically, functionally and culturally diverse people from different parts of the world working in different time zones
Application Support
• Provide support to business users, troubleshoot and resolve applications related issues within Schlumberger Business Systems including public website and internal IT applications
• Identify issue trends and drive defect management with development team
• Work directly with business units to review small enhancements requests and schedule delivery of them according to availability of support resources
• Proactively identify application improvements on the areas of performance, availability and automation of the repetitive tasks to save the overall cost and time
• Perform UAT testing on new functions and software bug fixes
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and leaders
• Analyze website performance, customer trends, and visitor behavior and trends and Analysis of different website sections and elements like Home Page/s, Product pages, Customer Ratings & Reviews, etc using Google Analytics
