• Responsible for storage allocations comprising HDS USPVM, VSP, and G1000 for the new servers & organic growth for existing servers.
• Working on various fabrics (McData, Brocade, Cisco) for performing port allocations and zoning.
• Configuring replication (HUR/Shadow Image/True copy). Storage reclaims and cleanup activities during the server decommissioning process.
• Managing SAN fabrics based on Brocade and Cisco Switches using Fabric Manager.. Have Participated In Migration and DR activities.

• Supporting and handling escalations for 40+ customers' SAN environment in India.
• Handling Storage administration activities like storage Allocation, De-allocation, Expansion, and Monitoring. Managing SAN on EMC Clariion, VNX, Hitachi USPV, VSP, G1000, USPVM, and NetApp.
• Participating in ITIL process of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service requests, CAB meetings, etc.
• Creating Capacity reports, Failure mode effect analysis, Risk register, Availability reports, SOP, SIP, Future Recommendations, and Knowledge Base.
• Managing and monitoring Thin Provision Pools (Dynamic Provisioning) and allocating the space as per customer requirement.
• Coordination with vendors based on the requirement. Providing Fabric setups such as a port map and zoning for the preproduction hosts as per the requirement.
• Managing SAN fabrics based on Brocade and Cisco Switches using Fabric Manager. Participated in automation initiatives for various reporting. Monitoring Health Status of Storage Devices.
