ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –

As Scrum Lead:

Ø Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Ø Facilitate and participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ø Implement and enforce Agile best practices, optimizing team performance and delivery speed.

Ø Foster a culture of continuous improvement, conducting regular retrospectives and implementing action plans to address identified areas for enhancement.

Ø Collaborated with cross-functional development team members to analyse potential system solutions based on evolving client requirements.

Ø Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing impediments to ensure timely delivery.

Ø Review code and work with development teams to correct problems, run test scenarios and prepare for deployment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

At Tech Mahindra, I have been involved in many roles, mentioned as below:

As Developer:

Ø Worked closely with other business analysts, development teams and infrastructure specialists to deliver high availability solutions for mission-critical applications.

Ø Developed the code by keeping all standard of coding.

Ø Regularly updating the JIRA, before going on scrum call.

Ø Worked under Agile delivery platform.

Ø Debugged code and located root causes of problems by reviewing configuration files and logs.

Ø Debugged and troubleshot application, solving technical issues quickly and accurately.

Ø Estimated work hours and tracked progress using Scrum methodology.

As Team Lead:

Ø Trained and mentored junior developers and engineers, teaching skills in programming language and working to improve overall team performance.

PROJECTS -

BT User Dashboard [British Telecom]

This project is root application of service side of user and Advisor. Where BT providing all type of information in brief related their customer account, from here user can move to any application, to see their asset page.

Customer Page: User can see their Assets details either in open or active State. They can see the fault raised by him, their account related information, and they can also go to mobile dashboard for complete Information.

Advisor Page: BT is giving some access of user related information to their Agent. So that agent can help to raise the request against user complain.

Technology: HTML, SCSS, AngularJS

OCEAN Project [British Telecom]

Project Ocean is one of project under agile methodology, which help business to extend their Marketing by selling the other TV channel product, by using their sales channel. Through this project, they come up with new features for their Product. Some of these features, they started to provide their Free and some as VAS service.

Technology: HTML, SCSS, AngularJS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES –

Ø Interacting with the support team and resolving the 3rd party dependencies involved in the project.

Ø Taking designs and turning them into fully functional, standards compliant, cross-browser HTML templates.

Ø Coding from scratch in HTML, CSS and working on JavaScript Frameworks

Ø Responsive web design and development

Ø Checking Cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards

Ø Conducting the pre-testing for code and its functionality

Ø Experienced in using Site core CMS, SVN

Omkar Software: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Managing, maintaining, developing, and deploying applications and databases in response to business needs.

Ø Perform database administration and development, as well as web development.

Ø Work with the business to add functionality to existing databases in production.

Ø Manage small-to-medium-sized projects (up to 3 months duration and primarily self-directed) including CMS and ecommerce deployments, payment gateway integrations, interfacing with other applications.

Ø Support of existing applications, with phone support and other interaction with our clients.

Ø Back-end development and maintenance of websites using WordPress and MySQL.

Ø Developing compatible User Interface functionality using jQuery & other libraries.

Ø Developing web sites using MySQL, PHP, and WordPress (CMS).
