Regional Training Manager (MH)

Responsibilities:

Closely working with the department stake holders to define and execute L&D strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives.

Frame and drive comprehensive learning strategy to connect to employee career paths.

Build Relationship with Existing & new vendors, for quality Instructor and venues (outdoor)

Preparing and updating the SOP and its modules as per requirements Preparing Course Matrix and Curriculum in collaboration with respective departments.

Experience in design, create, and evaluating training materials. Prepare training documentation such as training manuals, hand notes for participants, questionnaires and other support material.

Implement various learning methods company wide (coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.

Track budgets and negotiate contracts.

Trainer for modules to enhance employee onboarding and developing soft skills (Induction /Leadership /Managerial development / WOW classroom instructor)

Drive competency-based assessments and development. • Driving the yearly engagement activities like Annual sports, E-town Hall, Annual R&R, etc.

Expert in tools like MS team, Office 365, LinkedIn Learning, Enthrall Tech, Darwin Box, SFDC, Zoom, Survey Monkey, Adrenaline

Analyzing the needs of the organization through Competency Mapping and TNA.

• Below are the details of the job designation and job profile., Actively works with the organization to set-up a better Learning and Development culture
• Conduct TNI/TNA to identify and assess future and current training needs by partnering with HR Business Partners and Managers
• Create competency mapping of employees
• Drive new L&D interventions across all business teams
• Continuously drive and encourage employee participation in Learning and Development activities
• Create and organize functional and behavioral training as per business requirements
• Own the induction process as part of L&D
• Audit the process every quarter, incorporate feedback and make revisions
• Maintain and update a detailed training calendar
• Make all arrangements for training, including booking facilities and coordinating with internal and external trainers
• Evaluating the progress of the employees post trainings
• Track and maintain L & D Reports
• Creating documents for end-to-end process of the company
• Creating process map for different clients
• Creating Internal Employee Newsletter
• Has handled 25 new joiners for T&D for tenure of 3 months
• Administer Project Handover formalities of exiting employees.
