Heat Sensor (July'16 - Nov'16) 

 Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kanpur: 

  • Developed a heat sensor using a Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) to detect and measure temperature changes.
  • Designed and implemented the sensor circuitry, optimizing its performance for accurate temperature sensing.

PSPICE Simulations (Jan'18 - Apr'18)

  • Plotted Voltage conversion ratio (Vo/Vin) as a function of input signal in converters (like buck-boost) using FETs.
