• Instructing Attorneys to file Foreclosure Case in Court on basis of payment delinquency and auction property to recover debt
• Providing Resolutions on Foreclosure issues to internal customers, paralegals, and attorneys through email
• Handled a portfolio of 750-1000 Freddie Mac loans and ensured all assets are well managed
• Maintain timeline and quality in terms of requesting MFR, POC, and plan review
