• Bank Reconciliation on the basis of Bank statement.
• Vendors (Creditors) Reconciliation on the basis of supplier’s statement.
• Month Closing, Annual Closing
• Handling with the client on day-to-day basis with any updates to the process
• Contact with vendors for missing Invoices, Credit Notes also for Delivered stock Different.
• Payment to the supplier (vendors) & Service providers for the services

• Accounts receivable: including invoicing, managing receivables and when necessary, collections.
• Month/quarter/year end reports
• Document management
• Payment to vendor (software provider) & Trainer
• Answering enquiries and giving advice about products to customers
• Depositing cash at the bank, book-keeping and stocktaking
• Prepare Cash inflow & Out flow data in the books
