Call Center Business Intelligence:

Centralized hub for call center data collected from various sources like IVR, Chat, Genesys. CCBI has various ETL process to fetch required information from centralized Data Ware house and stored it in to specific Business Data mart. Some major work part of CCBI-

DataEngineering-

• Design and Implementation of ETL Pipeline using SSIS and Microsoft Fabric.
• Infrastrucure setup for IT Service Desk Reporting Platform
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams throughout the development process to ensure successful outcomes.
• Documented all engineering activities according to established procedures.

Reporting-

• Leading team size of 3 team mber in Reporting and Analytics.
• Took Admin role in seeting up Power BI workspace for IT Service Desk Reporting Platform
• Collaborated with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives related to data analysis projects.
• IT Desk Call Center Reporting on Team Performance, NPS Score Analysis,Adherence metrics and various ad-hoc reporting using Power BI and Python.

NLP/MachineLearning-

• Time Series forecasting on Abandon and Incoming Calls.
• Survey Text Analysis using Python,Gensim,NLTK.

Project : EEA (Electronic Enrollment Application)

EEA is a dual Data Entry System to verify any discrepancy in the Data Entry by the user for the Enrollment Application. There are 4 SSIS package and 7 Reports used in this system. The whole process is divided into the below Steps;-

• Import Member and Enrollment document details from OnBase.
• Validate the Data.
• After Validation by dual data entry system those Member data having discrepancy will be back filled to OnBase.
• Then last step Export those validated data to Target.
• Tools Used - SQL Server 2012, SSIS, SSRS

Project : HealthTel POC

This Project is for Importing provider and Member information with Fax details from different source to Application DB. The Process as below:-

• Import Member information. (Initial Load)
• Load provider information and update those details in Member Table.
• Then do incremental load in next run.
• Show import count and detail report in SSRS.
• Tools Used - SQL Server 2012, SSIS, SSRS

Project : Compass Downstream

Description:

This Project deals with to create a new Data WareHouse for Flexcube Data.

The Purpose of PTBC is to create a Time variant Data Warehouse which will store all core Banking (Flexcube) Data.

The Scope is to Load Core Banking Data from Flexcube Extract File to DataMart.

Data Load from Source to DataMart.

Create Control Framework which will control all the above process.

As a developer I was responsible for:

1. Understanding the Business rules completely and implemented data transformation methodologies.

2. Developing all the assigned packages and implementing logic correctly.

3. Understanding the mapping of different subject area, Understanding the business need of the Customer and implementing optimize transformation logic accordingly, Analyzing Source system completely .

4. Understanding the design completely according to that implemented the audit frame work as per customer’s requirement.
