For this company my duties are departmental round on day to day basis, handling patient complaints, checking staff hygiene and grooming, identifying training needs for the department and planning of training program, Maintaining of departmental records, Monitoring all time to see that everyone of the department maintains the set standard of hygiene and service, grievance handling of the patient and patient party if any, maintaining teamwork in the department, direct hospital related services, Inter departmental relationship as well as strengthening other related departmental relationship, Keeping track of the food costing of the department, day-to-day smooth functioning of the departmental operations, operating of companies software system which is maintain for Purchase, Sale, Consumption & Closing inventory, quality maintenance of all material & dealing with all supplier for site smooth operation.
