Involve & managing ATL, BTL, PR and MR. i.e. Brand management & trade / customer marketing operations. Maintain Budget tracker for Cornetto and Sandwich for BD/ BB.
Coupa: - Getting Estimates from vendor with Brand manager approval and Raising PR after get approval from stakeholders and release DO to vendor for processing payment.
Maintaining Detailed data for All created Estimates with Detailed Status.
Identification and timely action on gaps – Example Stock availability, distribution in markets.
Preparation of various reports on Daily, monthly, weekly basis.
Generation of SAP- BW Reports.
Collection & co-ordination for required data for top level management.
Update Monthly forecast by taking approvals from brand managers. .
Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
LSM activities Aw: Leaflet, menu card, standee, Poster, BOGOF coupon, Menu booklet, Dangler etc. – objective, communication, size, purpose, products to be sold etc.
Artwork for the stall, Franchisee dossier.
Packaging: CV, Blue, Approval from stakeholders, Release to the vendor, shade-card approval, final printer.
Maintain Stock for other things: Flavour tag, uniforms, quality manual, QAC book.
