• Lean Kitting Setup Project -Led the implementation of a Lean Kitting system to ensure end-to-end readiness for supporting 390,000 modules and SSDs per week by August 2026. Established robust processes, equipment layouts, and workforce preparedness.
• Existing SOP Amendments and Improvements-Reviewed and streamlined Standard SOPs by removing redundant steps and introducing correct practices tailored to the production environment.
• Negative Testing for Module and SSD Lines-Conducted negative testing to validate how system equipment and automation respond under invalid, unexpected, and incorrect conditions. Simulated failure scenarios to assess system resilience, documented system responses, and identified gaps in robustness.
• PNP machine manual activity study and benchmarking-Conducted a detailed manual activity study on the newly installed PNP machine and compared it with the existing machine.
• Automated WIP Handling procedure through AMR and AGV robots-To streamline the material flow in production environment
• Production workflow Readiness-led operator training ,skill certification, and knowledge transfer activities for new machine deployment and process improvement enabling a seamless transition while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• ATMES Enablement and process validation-Executed gap analysis and end to end testing for ATMES implementation.Developed test scenario, validated system performance, documented findings and drove issue resolution to ensure a smooth production launch and operational readiness.
