Project: CRM for KDK Softwares

Description : Customer Relationship Management is an approach to manage a company's interaction with current and potential customers. It uses data analysis about customer's history with a company to improve business relationship with customer's specifically.

Role: Designed a front-end , while working and learning as a team lead

· City Portal : City Portal is an information portal that is proposed to provide various information about a city like Entertainment Places, Educational institutes, social activities and other important places such as banks, shopping centers, commercial complexes etc.

· Online Shopping Site: Online shopping tries to enhance access to care and improve the continuity and efficiency of services. Depending on the specific setting and locale, case managers are responsible for a variety of tasks, ranging from linking clients to services to actually providing intensive shopping and delivery services themselves.

· Case Study on Account Details : To make reports on Account Details in which each page contains fixed entries and data is to be fetched from VSAM files. At last, print the grand total of all entries and whenever Org and Logo changes, total is to be made at that particular entry using a JCL, COBOL. Add, Delete and Updation of customer is to be done from CICS Screen using a Pseudo Conversational Program

I enjoy volunteering weekly NGO where I teach youth how to write code and basics of computer. I am an animal lover and enjoy feeding stray dogs. I also appreciate a good book or travelling.
