• Company Overview: Presently working as Audit Senior Manager with Deloitte USI (US-India), an extension of Deloitte US. Job responsibilities include:
• Execution of audits with a focus on quality for value addition to the client, timeliness and adherence to Deloitte Audit Methodology.
• Coordination with global teams to ensure seamless delivery of cross-border audit engagements and compliance with group reporting requirements.
• Managing entire audit from planning till reporting based on scope of work decided between US and India audit team.
• Identifying client expectation, engagement planning, drafting work plans and timely & effective execution of jobs through coordination among the US audit team, India engagement team and client.
• Driving process improvements, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining good professional working relationship with the US audit team and client while interacting with various levels of hierarchy.
• Delivering trainings on various topics of audit, accounting standards and Deloitte tools and methodology. Also acting as mentor to professionals, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.

Major clients include American Standard Brands, Franchise Group, Chanel Inc and Fast Retailing USA Inc,

• American Standard Brands, USA: Subsidiary of Lixil Group listed in Japan, the Company deals in wide range of kitchen and bath fittings and accessories. I am the lead Senior Manager on this engagement managing the entire audit from India, dealing directly with the client and engagement partner in US. This includes extensive coordination with various specialists and COEs involved in the engagement including Tax, IT, Fair Valuation specialists etc.
• Franchise Group: The Group has three components which deals in number of businesses such home furnishings products, vitamins and health products and pet products etc. I lead the audit from India and manage number of crucial areas of audit. This includes leading an audit that has had over 10 acquisitions and 2 discontinued operations.
• Fast Retailing USA: One of the leaders in apparel industry, the Company is the owner of brands such as Uniqlo and Theory. We perform group audit and issue clearance memo to the Group Auditors in Japan.

• Following are the major assignments that I have worked on where I have handled statutory audits, tax audits, group reportings, ICFR audit and certification matters:
• Munjal Showa Limited: Listed Company engaged in manufacturing of shock absorbers used in two and four wheelers having annual turnover of Rs 1500 crores.
• Maithan Ispat Limited: Group Company of MESCO having its steel plant in Jajpur (Orissa).
• Adhunik Metaliks Limited and its subsidiaries: Adhunik Group is engaged in manufacture of steel, power generation and mining.
• Medicare TPA Service India Private Limited: Leading Third Party Administrator (TPA) in India serving all the major insurance companies.
• Vedant Fashions Private Limited (brand name Manyavar): One of the leading Company in India in ready-made garments industry, dealing in ethnic wear.
• Paradeep Phosphates Limited: Leading fertilizer manufacturing company in India having turnover of more than 5,000 crores.

• Working as an articled clerk I have obtained extensive training in all areas of accountancy and work involved in special assignments of various companies, which has enabled me to gain good knowledge of the financial, regulatory and legal aspects of different organizations.
• Involved in various Statutory Audits and participated in Finalization of Accounts.
• Preparation of various MIS Reports, CMA and Project Reports.
• Preparation, maintenance and verification of fixed assets register and other Statutory Records, Preparation of notice, agenda and minutes of meetings of the Board and its various committees and general meetings, Ensuring compliance with corporate and other laws, SEBI guidelines, Listing Agreement, RBI regulations.
