Project Title : PCM-HMI End-to-End Validation

Description : As from title of the project the aim is End-to-End validation of HMI Messages from PCM to IPC through GWM with the help of Level 4 Rig setup. Vector VN8914/8972 hardware was used for the Rest of the Bus simulation and CANalyser was used to develop a simulation environment and also to monitor the signals coming from all the ECU's under different Network such as CAN, Flexray, Lin, PMZ etc. ETAS ES595 hardware was used to access the ECU's internal variables and INCA was used to change those internal variables and validating it through CANalyser. Different configuration files were developed corresponding to the required CCF parameter and flashed it to GWM using Corvus.

Project Title : Voltage Transient Testing

Description : The aim of the project was to simulate voltage for IPC, HUD, GWM, TCU, ICDM and PCM and verifying the functionality and behavior of all the ECU's at different voltage levels during cranking. The Rest of the Bus simulation was carried out using Dspace Scalexio and LabBox. Matlab model was developed for Voltage Transition during cranking using simulink state flow diagram and CAN, Flexray , and LIN communications was developed using RTICANMM blockset and Flexray configuration tool. The developed model was then builded and converted to dspace configuration using Configuration Desk and fed the configuration into Dspace Scalexio using Control Desk and Automation of the testcases was carried out using Automation Desk. The Electrical Error Simulation of IPC ECU was also developed and tested in control desk.
