• I was elected as the Head of Department and Head of Fest (APOGEE 2026) by the Department of Visual Media
• As the head my responsibilities include taking all the decisions regarding the debarment's work
• Finding and assigning projects to different teams of the department
• Ensuring that timelines are met and that the work force is happy working
• Ensuring that all the apps, websites and systems built or updated by the department meet high quality standards
• As the head of fest, I am involved in all decisions concerning APOGEE 2026 and all student-led academic initiatives in AY 2025-26.
• This includes the fest dates and themes as well as all the events that will happen during the fest such as professional shows, club events, guest lectures, etc.

• Developed the official websites for the fests of Pilani which included the official Oasis website (https://bits-oasis.org) and APOGEE website (https://bits-apogee.org) using web technologies like React, React-three-fiber, GSAP and SASS. These websites combined saw a traffic of over 1 lakh users.
• Also developed the Hostel Allocation portal, the official portal used by the BITS Pilani administration to allocate hostels to students each year. Has a traffic of more than 5000 students per year.
• Developed a portal for the Conquest Startup Accelerator of BITS Pilani which gave a seamless way for startup founders to connect with industry experts and mentors.

Took on many on-field projects like health camps, blood donation camps, clothes distribution drives, pads distribution drives, etc.

I have also taken on a Coordinator role in NSS that puts me in-charge of all of NSS's tech such as the NSS website that is still under development and the inventory portal that is planned for the winter break.
