• Monitor and manage shipments pending at last mile hubs to ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Track & governance of the customer experience metrics such as Conversion & FAC, Supply Chain Imperfections & RTO and Last Mile Fake ensuring accountability and accuracy in delivery processes keeping customer satisfactions at utmost priority.
• Fulfill P0 data requests from the leadership, providing accurate and timely analysis & insights for decision-making.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with product, design, and assets teams to drive these improvements.

Achievement: Played vital role in reducing overall misroute percentage from February 2024 to now by 0.6 %, significantly improving delivery efficiency.

Project: Working with Data Science & Engineering team to enhance the efficiency of address intelligence model to filter out monkey typing & short addresses.
