• Team Leadership: Leading a sub-team of 3 software engineers and 1 intern within the Delivery Team, collaborating cross-functionally with Booking and HubOps teams to drive logistics tech innovations.
• Feature Ownership – PRS (Pickup Run Sheet): Solely designed and developed the PRS system enabling the pickup of 30,000+ orders daily across the country, streamlining field operations and automating pickup flows.
• Co-development – DRS (Delivery Run Sheet): Spearheaded the development of DRS with my team, supporting the delivery lifecycle of 70,000+ orders daily, ensuring real-time tracking, routing, and status updates.
• Serviceability-Service Owner: Primary owner of the serviceability microservice managing over 24,000+ pincodes across E-commerce, Courier, and Hyperlocal verticals, critical for delivery coverage, SLA estimations, and partner integrations.
• Lead Developer – MCN (Multi-Courier Network): Leading the development of MCN, a transformative project expanding Shree Maruti’s e-commerce serviceable pincodes from 2,400 to 19,000, integrating with multiple courier partners to enhance nationwide reach.

Client Project: U.S. Government – Western Climate Initiative (WCI)

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Contributed to a large-scale, microservices-based system (28 microservices) for the Western Climate Initiative, a cross-border environmental program between U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Actively developed and maintained three core microservices – M3, M6, and M8; served as the primary developer for M3 and M6, taking full ownership of business logic and service integrations.
• Worked on building RESTful APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust security and scalability for climate data exchanges and compliance tracking systems.
• Gained hands-on experience in Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS DynamoDB, working with agile teams and following CI/CD best practices.
• Recognized for strong coding skills, quick problem-solving, and ability to work independently on complex service logic within a government-grade production environment.
